Monaco Colombia to Debut Bold New Collection at The Bomb Fashion Show 2025

Mark your calendars for September 6th, 2025—The Bomb Fashion Show is back, and we can’t wait to see you there! Designers are already signing up, so if you’re ready to showcase your work, reach out at events@fashionbombdaily.com.

Among the standout brands joining us for New York Fashion Week is Monaco Colombia, an LA-based label with a deeply personal origin. Founder Danielle Oliver named the brand after the place where her parents fell in love—Monaco—and her father’s Colombian and Nigerian heritage. This fusion of cultures is at the heart of her creative vision.

Danielle’s love for fashion began in childhood. Her grandmother, unable to afford trendy clothes, taught her to craft unique outfits from what was available. That early ingenuity blossomed into a career when Danielle landed her first job in a garment factory in her twenties, sparking her journey into design.

With over 25 years in the fashion industry, Danielle has held roles in production, fabric buying, and design at major labels like True Religion, Seven Jeans, and BCBG. A pivotal moment came in middle school when she was voted “best dressed” in the yearbook—a sign of things to come.

At The Bomb Fashion Show, Monaco Colombia will unveil a collection that blends relaxed silhouettes with timeless elegance. Drawing from Colombian and European influences, Danielle’s designs promise a fresh, high-quality aesthetic that’s both innovative and stylish.

Danielle is thrilled to be part of an event that uplifts Black designers. She applauds Claire for her journey from crashing shows to commanding the front row, and for using her platform to empower the African American fashion community.

Want to be part of the excitement? RSVP now at TheBombFashionShow.eventbrite.com. Designers interested in participating can email events@fashionbombdaily.com.
